Processing Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (Canada): $15.99 (Free for orders over $350)

    • Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days

  • Express Shipping (Canada): $30

    • Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days

  • International Standard Shipping: $30

    • Delivery times vary by destination. Estimated delivery: 5-21 business days

Shipping Carriers

We partner with reputable shipping carriers, such as Canada Post, FedEx, and UPS, to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your package.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within Canada and select international destinations.
  • Certain products may be restricted in some countries due to customs regulations. Please ensure your selected items comply with your country’s import rules.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Shop SKN Loft is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not liable for packages lost or stolen during transit. If your tracking information states your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
  • For damaged packages, please contact us at orders@shopsknloft.ca within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage for resolution.

Changes or Cancellations

If you need to update your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@shopsknloft.ca. Changes cannot be made once the order has been processed or shipped.
